Our store accepts returns within 30 days from purchase date on select items, no exceptions. Please fill out the form below to begin a return or exchange request.

If your return or exchange is approved after filling out the form request, properly package all unused merchandise in the original packaging and include documentation with your order details and your order number.

All returns are charged an automatic 5% restocking fee. Used or damaged items and/or packaging are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse returns if products appear used, damaged or are missing parts. We do not accept returns on safety harness products, only exchanges. Shipping costs are not included in refunds. We do not provide shipping labels for returns.
