Safety Gloves

Safety gloves are used to add a layer of protection against dirt, grime, abrasion, cuts, lacerations, and burns. Gloves generally end at the wrist or elbow and are sometimes used with sleeve protectors to extend protection up the arm. Specialized gloves can have a variety of coatings and linings to provide additional benefits, such as heat-, cut-, and needlestick-resistance. General purpose gloves provide abrasion resistance in common everyday applications.
